Green Platoon

Pict capture of elements of the 9th Necromundan F company 3rd platoon, including members of the command section, notably the OiC Lt. Burr and platoon medic.
These troops have been configured for rapid deployment with fully enclosed helmets, and carapace body armour.
Grav chutes appear to have been discarded, which is a common practice amongst units deploying behind enemy lines. The guardsmen are armed with lightweight Ryza pattern lasguns, which appear to have been dramatically overcharged as indicated by the glowing transfer coils underneath the weapons. Unsanctioned modifications such as this render the weapons much more effective, but at a reduced range and increased wear on components, in addition to the higher likelihood of critical malfunction.

Death Guard Objectives

I decided to use some of my spare epic models to make up some objective markers for games that use my Death Guard. These were fairly simple to do, and is probably something that I will repeat for all of my other epic armies.

Some Death Guard Reinforcements

Tactical detachments in the XIVth Legion often operate in dense terrain and hostile war zones. These heavy support squads are an example of a well armed addition that can dramatically increase the firepower of an infantry detachment. Often armed with flak missiles, squads such as these can provide some defence against enemy fliers, however should additional flier defence be required then a Whirlwind Hyperios like the one shown can be added to the formation to make it a viable threat against all but the heaviest of fliers.

DIY Epic Hellblades

Pict capture of Hellblade fighters of an unknown design. Note the more heavily armoured tail section on the fighters, possibly housing an increased fuel load for support of longer ranged strike operations.

Odium Aeternum Walks!

The heaviest titan yet sighted in Battlegroup Infidel, the Legio Mortis warlord Titan Odium Aeternum has been fighting alongside the XIVth Legion since the great crusade.
Like other titans in the battlegroup, it shows a high level of superficial damage from prolonged deployments in hostile war zones, yet remains fully combat effective.
